Info Day Live Skills | October 2nd 2018
On the 2nd of October, the National Institute for Research and Cultural Training and FAIR-MediaSind organised in Bucharest an info session (Info Day) regarding the European project Live Skills.
„LIVE SKILLS is focused on two occupations and specialisations which, for the moment, are learnt at pre-university level. We shall try to build a connection between these occupations and a specialised university education. Today’s presentation is quite simple, we will show you how LIVE SKILLS started, its components and what we planned to do within this project that will last until 2019. NIRCT entered this project firstly because it is also our activity object and secondly because, during our activity since our institute was restructured, in 2014, we have also started to work on more coherent occupational standards. I hope that together we will structure the path of this project in a proper manner, so that at its end the results will be a number of matters harmonised and valid all over Europe”, said Assoc. Prof. Carmen CROITORU in her speech in the opening of the INFO DAY.
Subsequently, speeches were held by: Mr. Leonard-Octavian PĂDUREȚ, President of the FAIR-MEDIASIND Culture and Mass-Media Federation, Mr. Nicolae POSTĂVARU, Vice-president of the National Authority for Qualifications, Mr. Doru PUIU, President of the Association of Sectoral Committees (ANCSR), Mr. Nigel BELINGHAM, Director of the British Council Bucharest, Mr. Constantin POPOIU and Mrs. Anca LUPEȘ.
A series of training courses in the field of audio-visual and performing arts (live performances) will be organised within the European project LIVE SKILLS.
