The Cultural Consumption Barometer aimed to evaluate the changes in cultural consumption practices and to analyse the relationship between culture and democracy, for the first time in Romania.
The study also analyzes in extensive chapters the cultural activities in non-public spaces, activities practiced on the internet, and the link between cultural consumption practices and democratic participation.
