Heritart
the project is financed through the “Creative Europe” programme, the inter-disciplinary cultural project HERITART gathers Romanian, Croatian and Italian experts, specialists in artistic production, cultural research and performing arts.
HERITART is a European project renowned for its creativity in putting the archaeological sites to the service of artistic performances and for its success in growing a new generation of public that respects and acknowledges heritage as an intrinsic value of the common European culture.
Financed through the “Creative Europe” programme, the inter-disciplinary cultural project HERITART gathers Romanian, Croatian and Italian experts, specialists in artistic production, cultural research and performing arts. The National Institute for Cultural Research and Training (INCFC) is a member of the HERITART network, alongside the National Croatian Theatre “Split” (Croatia) and I Borghi SRL (Italia).
On the one hand, the creative idea of the project serves as a revitalization factor for the European heritage sites and at the same time it brings theatre performances and audience in these cultural heritage sites. The HERITART Festival brings a fresh air in the presentation of these spaces and in the creation of a new current of interest in the heritage monuments. These aspects will be developed through new and attractive means of communication and production, wherein video mapping will be the crossroads between the ancient sites and the new technologies.
