Commission for the Certification and Approval in the Field of Artistic Entrepreneurship (CAADIA)

Required documents:

The file, which is submitted personally or by means of a legally authorised person, must contain the following documents:

To obtain the ARTISTIC PRINTING CERTIFICATE (natural persons)

1. technical-type application (completed on the computer) – requested by email or downloaded from the website of registrulartelor.ro;

2. curriculum vitae (European model) – requested by e-mail or downloaded from the website of registrulartelor.ro;

3. copy of the graduation certificate (the authorized course of specialization in the field of ARTISTIC IMPRESARIAT) or of the certificate of competences (obtained within an evaluation centre);

4. criminal record certificate – obtained from the police station you are registered to;

5. fiscal record certificate the natural person document code 504 – released by the NATIONAL AGENCY OF FISCAL ADMINISTRATION – the General Direction of Public Finances of the respective locality or the financial administration of the sector – for Bucharest;

6. 2 C.I. type photos (name and surname written on the back of the photos);

7. copy of C.I. or passport;

8. copy after the PO / receipt of payment of the participation fee for the evaluation and registration in RAS 800 lei[1] (600 lei ASSESSED EVALUATION and 200 lei registration in the RAS – the artistic impressions section – individuals).

9. The payment can be made in the INCFC account, RO69TREZ70020G331700XXXX opened at the treasury of the Municipality of Bucharest, fiscal code 4631721.

[1] It is paid on the basis of the invoice issued according to the data provided on the registration form; the payment is confirmed by the document for its execution (PO, postal mandate) and at the financial service – accountant of INCFC

Note: all documents are compulsory and must be filed in a rail file (plastic or cardboard); the order of the documents is the one mentioned above!

Certificate of artistic entrepreneurship for legal persons

The file that you submit personally or through the authorized person must contain the following documents:

To obtain the ARTICLE PRINTING NOTICE (legal persons):

1. type-request – drafted (completed on the computer) – requested by e-mail or downloaded from the website of registrulartelor.ro;

2. self-legalized copy[1] of the founding act (constitutive document, statute, certificate confirming 7490 – other scientific and technical professional activities n.e.c.), containing the artistic business activity according to the CANE 2008 Rev2 code – class 7490 – other professional activities scientific and technical n.e.c.

3. a certified copy (by a notary) of the registration certificate in the Trade Register or, as the case may be, of the registration certificate in the Register of Associations and Foundations;

4. fiscal record certificate document code 504 – for a legal person (the company to be used) is lifted from the NATIONAL AGENCY OF FISCAL ADMINISTRATION – the General Directorate of Public Finance of the respective locality;

5. proof of the position of associate or employee – copy of employment contract;

6. copy of the Certificate of Artistic Printing, legal record and fiscal record, the natural person holding the Certificate – the representative of the company that will obtain the opinion in the commission;

7. Copy after the OP/receipt for payment of the participation fee for evaluation and registration in RAS 800 lei[2] (600 lei REPRESENTATIVE ASSESSMENT for obtaining an OPINION in the field of artist’s business and 200 lei registration in RAS – section of artistic impressions – legal persons).

The natural persons who request to participate in the evaluation in the respective quarter, in order to obtain the certificate of artistic impresario, can participate simultaneously in the evaluation as a representative legal entity, in order to obtain the opinion in the field of artistic entrepreneurship. In this case, the file of the legal person according to the ones mentioned above is also submitted!

Note: THE LATEST DAY FOR SUBMISSION OF THE FILES IS 10 days before the evaluation exam planned in the respective quarter!
