Culturadata Summer School

The Culturadata Summer School on the Management and Marketing of Cultural Projects took place between June 28^th and July 2^nd, 2021, at our partner’s, Creart – Center for Creation, Art and Tradition of Bucharest, location, Grădina cu filme. The event was addressed to students from arts and humanities universities with an orientation towards a management, marketing and entrepreneurial mentality. In other words, the Culturadata Summer School aims to bring the cultural managers of tomorrow closer to their calling.

The 20 students selected to participate enthusiastically received the news that we will share the experience of the 5 days of interactive study, together with our trainers:

• Assoc. Dr. Carmen Croitoru – General Manager of INCFC
• Raluca Rădoi – INCFC Training-Development Director
• Cristian Avram – Marketing Director, Romanian National Opera in Cluj-Napoca

but also with the special guests of the Culturadata Summer School:

• Teodor Frolu – Manager, DC Communication
• Iulia Popovici – Secretary of State, Ministry of Culture
• Alexandru Ion – Actor and Cultural Manager, co-founder of Ideo Ideis
• Catinca Drăgănescu – Director and Playwright

The proposed agenda invited students to discover the resources and solutions for the many challenges and opportunities in the art world and facilitated the connection of creative people, interested in the development of the cultural sector in Romania.
