The last meeting of Heritart partners took place in Rome, December 9-11, 2019. Heritart is a unique European cultural project under the umbrella of the Creative Europe program.

On Via dei Barbieri, in the Cluster of contemporary art, the Heritart partners – I Borghi SRL, the National Theatre, Split and the National Institute for Cultural Research and Training – briefly reviewed the project, its results, strengths and flaws, underlining the importance and the actuality of promoting immovable cultural heritage, such as the archaeological sites, through the performing arts.

For the most objective feedback regarding the impact and the results of the project, students from the vocational faculties in Rome were invited to the meeting. Students made proposals in the sense of promoting and increasing the visibility of the project on dedicated websites.

The interest in cultural heritage is a national priority for both the project coordinator and its partners. At the end of this project, Heritart partners considered that this was just the first step in the preparation of a much more ambitious initiative: Heritart II project. A second edition of this project would come with a much more structured and provocative vision for the target groups: cultural professionals, cultural heritage professionals, artists and general public.
